This type of funding program are administered in partnership with a company’s Human Resource department (HR). Employees are given clear guidelines on what is covered by the funding and what the qualifying criteria is e.g. the job grades or salary bracket, minimum length of service and fields of study covered. Employees apply for the program administered by Career Wise through the Application Tracking system and then interviews are conducted to assesses the applicants suitability and quality of application. The Human Resources department will then verify the employees and legibility as per their policies before final award is made.
Once awarded the employee can direct all their concerns about their studies to Career Wise e.g. registration at academic institutions and supporting educational materials.
