How do I register a profile?

 

  • Step 1:  Click on the ‘Profile Registration‘ button on the navigation header. See image below.

  • Step 2: This button will lead you to the registration page (Image below). Enter your details and submit your application.

How do I log into my account?

  • Step 1: presss the ‘Applicant Login’ button on the home page navigation header.

  • Step 2: This will lead you to the login page (the image below)

  • Step 3: Just enter your details to login. Please make sure you enter your id number and not your email address.

How do I reset my forgotten password?

  • Step 1: Go to the home navigation header and hover over on the ats (Application Tracking System) tab
  • Step 2: Click the ‘Forgot Your Password‘ button

Step 3: This button should will lead you to the forgot password page. See image below.

  • Step 4 : Just enter your id number to reset your password.

How do I update my profile details?

  • Step 1: Log into your account (See ‘Log into your account‘ tab).
  • Step 2: Go to the ‘Profile’ tab on the navigation header. See image below.

Step 3: To make changes to your details, click the ‘Edit‘ button

Step 3: To save your changes click the ‘Update’ button.

How do I upload documents?

  • Step 1: Log into your account

  • Step 2: Go to the ‘Supporting Documents’ tab, see the image below.
  • Step 3: Click on any ‘Choose File’ button to upload the related document then click the ‘Update’ button to submit all of your file uploads.

How do I check my application status?

  • Step 1: Log into your account 

  • Step 2: Go to the ‘Application Status’ tab, see the image below.

Do I need a promotional code?

Short answer is no, you do not need a promotional code to apply for bursary, however it may be in your best interest to view the promotional advertisement in case you might be interested in a specifc bursary provider. The code will be on the downloadable advertisement at https://careerwise.co.za/bursary-adverts/

My ID number already exists on the system

If this happens to you, it means you are already registered and may have forgotten your login credentials, this is not a problem as you can reset your password. See the step above titled ‘How do i reset my forgotten password’.If at this point you still cannot log into your account then email applications@careerwise.co.za for futher assistance.
